SELF CONFIDENCE AND FEAR

These two are very much related to one another. When the fear is so overpowering , your confidence level automatically goes down.

So the question is how to increase self-confidence!?

I am mentioning it point wise:

• First recognise your fear. Whatever thing/s makes you anxious / doubtful , just do it. But remember "one day at a time". "Fear the fear itself". When you keep overcoming your fear , you will feel the overwhelming energy which I can't describe much in words.

• Stop comparing: From here the inferiority complex arises. You feel someone is better than you and bla bla. But the thing is everyone has their own speed. You need to focus on yours. Always remember , "you're not less than anyone in any damn way."

• It usually happens that you're all set to showcase your talent but lack of confidence/"log kya kahenge" thoughts , makes you fumble. To overcome this , you need to think this way , "that the people , the audience are here to see you , they love you."

•Sometime it happens , we leave the thing because people say "tumse naa ho paega." But it depends on you to decide whether to make their sayings true or prove them wrong. Whether you take criticism to make yourself better or to destruct. It's all about mindset.

• Self-confidence comes when you believe in yourself. If you will not believe in your own self then tell me is it correct to expect this from anyone else.

•Many talented people are just hidden because they lack confidence , zeal. You need to be enthusiastic. Sitting and wondering won't do any miracle.

•Develop skills.

•Many are under-confident because of their body weight/skin complexion/height, etc. But tell me being underconfident will help you in any way? No , right!? You can change these features upto a certain limit so why not to love yourself just the way you're!? It's not that difficult ,try doing this.

•Lastly , I want to say that challenges are there to make you not break you and remember , failures always teach you , it's upto you whether you take it as a lesson or blame and lose your confidence.

P.S. It's a long and beautiful journey. Happy travelling. :-)
